Product Manager - Internal Billing Tools

Role Overview:

• Lead the product strategy and evolution of internal billing systems within a fast-growing AI and cloud infrastructure environment.
• Own the tools, workflows, and automation that keep billing accurate, scalable, secure, and auditable.
• Balance immediate operational challenges with long-term investments that strengthen billing integrity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for billing workflows, balancing risk, compliance, scalability, and immediate operational needs.
• Translate complex enterprise and internal stakeholder requirements into a clear product vision and prioritized initiatives.
• Define and implement billing-specific RBAC and IAM models that support secure, least-privilege access.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on financial systems, billing, payments, or complex back-office operations.
• Proven experience delivering automation that has materially reduced manual operational effort.
• Strong understanding of billing architectures, including invoicing, ledger reconciliation, multi-tenant chargebacks, and pricing models.
