Role Summary:

  • This is a high-autonomy product leadership role focused on building infrastructure for global benefits administration and payroll.
  • You will shape how benefits data, costs, eligibility, enrollment, and provider information move across systems, working closely with Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for benefits infrastructure, balancing near-term integration needs with a unified administration platform.
  • Drive integrations with carriers, third-party administrators, and HR systems, determining where to deepen or consolidate.
  • Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch, including migrations, reconciliation logic, and go-live readiness.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience owning complex third-party integrations, particularly API and file/EDI-based.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design for both human users and machine consumers through APIs and automation.
  • Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code, and excellent asynchronous written communication.
