Tech Recruiter

The Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling Retired.com’s technology, corporate, and operations teams. You’ll lead the charge in attracting and hiring top technical and non-technical talent, ensuring teams across engineering, product, marketing, compliance, and client services have the skills and drive to move our mission forward. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented fintech environment and enjoys building relationships across multiple departments. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing creative sourcing strategies, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. The role also involves building strong pipelines, improving recruiting processes, and tracking hiring metrics.
