Product Design Manager I

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, map customer journeys, and investigate real user pains.
• Formulate hypotheses, structure PoCs, and validate solutions quickly.
• Act as a bridge between customer needs and product strategy, leading and developing team members.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Discovery with user research and journey mapping.
• Experience in experimentation culture, creating PoCs and fast hypothesis testing.
• Strategic vision and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams.
