Build a portfolio of clients by outbound prospecting; fill your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities. Achieve revenue targets via sales techniques, efficiently managing sales opportunities. Analyze prospects' business processes and design tailored solutions.
Articulate software concepts clearly through demonstrations and proposals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently setting prospect meetings. Manage the entire sales cycle, potentially involving occasional travel based on client locations.
Minimum 2 years' experience SMB or Mid-Market software/HR tech sales. Proven track record in closing business, selling to C-suite, and exceeding quota. Understanding of HR technology and experience with background check services.
