As VP of Product Management, lead the evolution of the SaaS ERP platform by deepening already verticalized platform capabilities, embedding AI and intelligent automation into the core of product strategy, to create the future of work for people in services industries with best-in-class solutions, services and technology. The goal is to transform traditional ERP systems into predictive, adaptive, and self-optimizing platforms that empower mission-driven organizations to focus on what really matters. Lead a team of Product Directors and collaborate with engineering, design, support, services and go-to-market teams to deliver modern, intelligent, and scalable financial solutions. Bring new products to market to drive further cross sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that will increase win rate and customer satisfaction with core offerings. Establish Product Management Best Practices, standardize product discovery frameworks, implement structured go-to-market (GTM) planning, introduce outcome-driven road mapping, foster a culture of continuous discovery, mentor and coach product leads and directors. Integrate machine learning models to provide real-time insights for budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation and more. Drive Sector-Specific Impact through innovation and capabilities specific to the Unit4 focus verticals: Professional Services, Public Sector, Higher Education, Nonprofits.
