Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall project setup, design coordination, and pre-construction budgeting for handoff to Construction teams.
- Develop construction schedules, facilitate constructability reviews, and identify critical path activities and procurement risks.
Project Controls & Documentation:
- Govern pre-construction controls including estimates, schedules, and risk registers to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Coordinate permitting and regulatory readiness by tracking approvals and supporting mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers including contractors, utilities, and service providers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally internally, lead bid processes, and mentor team members towards shared project goals.
