Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, plumbing contractors, and dealers.
  • Support customers through regular check-ins, thoughtful communication, and a consistent sales call schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support shared success and ensure consistent customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience within building materials or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within an assigned territory with occasional overnight trips.

Additional Details:

  • The position is field-based and remote, requiring the candidate to reside in the Raleigh, NC area.
  • Travel includes approximately 1–2 overnights per month.
  • In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan.
