What you'll do:
- Own Zscaler's CLM tools, including workflow design, template management, repository hygiene, reporting, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
- Build, test, and improve workflows that support the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, repository management, and renewal.
- Design scalable self-service processes and maintain contracting infrastructure such as playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and approval flows.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years in legal operations, contract management, commercial operations, or a related role at a technology company.
- Hands-on CLM experience, including system administration, workflow design, template management, and reporting.
- Proven experience building and improving legal or compliance processes such as intake, approvals, playbooks, and templates.
