Role Overview:

  • This role builds the operational foundation for the government affairs function, turning advocacy strategy into measurable impact.
  • You will design and run systems for events, campaign management, coalition coordination, and engagement tracking.
  • Serve as a key coordination point between government affairs, growth, commercial, legal, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead government affairs operations, including event playbooks, advocacy campaign management, and compliance support.
  • Support day-to-day advocacy, Hill relationships, and bipartisan political engagement ahead of election cycles.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by ensuring policy strategies translate into operational timelines and accountability.

Additional Duties:

  • Partner with the Events team to design policy roundtables and investor-policymaker convenings.
  • Build infrastructure for consistent policy communications, such as memos, talking points, and social media content.
  • Demonstrate operational excellence and political fluency to represent Crux effectively in high-stakes environments.
