Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deal execution stages, balancing speed with commercial risk mitigation and adherence to structured pricing.
- Execute a bifurcated deal framework to prevent process bloat for standard deals and manage full diligence for complex transactions.
Operational Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between GTM and Technical Accounting to ensure predictable revenue recognition from executed contracts.
- Coordinate counterparty diligence, secure payment terms, and enforce routing SLAs for legal and compliance sign-offs.
Commercial Execution:
- Apply commercial instincts to navigate priorities between customers, sales velocity, and corporate margin preservation.
- Project-manage complex workflows under tight deadlines, aligning divergent departmental interests for optimal outcomes.
