Job Description

The position involves the review and processing of photo enforcement events, which is a clerical and data entry-based task. Candidates must be able to follow basic procedures and scripts to function in the role. The position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills, dependability, and a demonstrated ability to document and report issues as needed. Essential responsibilities include reviewing, assessing, and performing data entry tasks for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools, aligning processing determinations and escalated actions to written client-specific instructions, adapting processing behaviors based on feedback or rules documentation changes, and achieving production and quality goals as assigned by the Processing Department. Additional duties include utilizing basic computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting and other office/clerical tasks.
