Responsibilities:
- Develop an online asynchronous course.
- Create or select elements as outlined in the Brandeis Online Course Standards.
- Uphold Brandeis’s academic standards and online course development guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Have an advanced degree in a related field.
- Have professional experience in human resources or learning and development.
- Have experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience teaching or developing graduate-level online courses.
- Knowledge of global learner personas and culturally responsive pedagogy.
- Familiarity with Moodle LMS and digital authoring tools.
