The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) role is focused on building and growing deep, consultative partnerships with Simon’s clients. Acting as the primary relationship owner, you will engage senior stakeholders to align on business objectives, advocate for their needs within Simon, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable impact. By fostering trust and credibility, you will position Simon as a long-term strategic partner that drives sustained business value.
As a SAM, you will take ownership of strategic planning and growth for your accounts, developing tailored account strategies that connect client goals with Simon’s offerings. You will identify opportunities to expand partnerships, anticipate risks, and guide clients through evolving challenges. The SAM role is about translating strategy into action and helping clients achieve their objectives.
