Job Description
The Account Manager collaborates with EverDriven departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students within a designated territory. This role is responsible for executing programs that improve service quality and productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high customer service standards. Key responsibilities include supporting transportation services, providing excellent customer service, assisting in managing daily account services, and overseeing field operations, including new client start-ups and client retention. Maintaining a safe environment is crucial, adhering to regulatory and client policies, and developing open communication with contractors and community officials. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel is required, and a valid driverβs license is necessary.
