The position is for a Performance and Planning Specialist. The person will be responsible for the performance scope of Agents FR (leasing brokers). The role will have an analytical and performance bias to identify opportunities in the performance of brokers' demand conversion, and conduct projects that maximize impact on conversion and contracts. Responsibilities include analyzing the performance of brokers, identifying behavior patterns and metrics that relate the broker's routine to the impact on demand conversion. Develop data visualizations that facilitate the identification of deviations, opportunities and insights to scale the impact on demand conversion. Create and implement initiatives based on the analyzes, aiming to broaden and sustain the results obtained. Define goals and OKRs, in addition to monitoring the execution and evolution of the initiatives.
