Senior Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation through close-out ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved scope and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will operate under the direction of the Director of Real Property and the Deputy Director of the Statewide Regional Branch, providing leadership, coordination, and strategic guidance to ensure project success. Responsibilities include analyzing situations and technical documents accurately, leading the development of effective solutions, engaging with other departments, supporting the Deputy Director, negotiating agreements, providing guidance to Project Managers, resolving internal and external issues, developing policies and procedures, managing ad-hoc teams, understanding interrelated aspects of projects, preparing technical correspondence, and assisting with contract management and training.
