Job Description

The Director of Product, Commercial Strategy will drive the commercial success of Solera’s product portfolio, serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution. This highly cross-functional leader will build business cases, craft GTM narratives, define packaging and pricing, and develop sales enablement tools that help our teams win. The Market Discovery & Business Case Development includes: market and client discovery to identify and validate opportunities, build and own business cases, including financial modeling, market sizing, and strategic justification. The GTM Narrative & Positioning should translate insights into compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging. Create and champion GTM narratives that resonate with clients and internal stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include: developing core sales tools, partnering with Product to validate market demand and commercial justification for key initiatives, defining and executing pricing and packaging strategies, serving as the commercial lead for product launches, and monitoring commercial KPIs to deliver insights.
