Senior QA Engineer

About the Role:

• This is a foundational QA position to build the quality function from scratch for a high-impact operational technology team.
• You will be embedded across Salesforce-native tools, AI-assisted workflows, and backend services, with a mix of manual and automation testing.
• The expectation is to build systems that prevent bugs, including test coverage, regression frameworks, and release gates.

What You'll Do:

• Own test strategy and test case development across the internal product portfolio.
• Design and maintain testing layers for smoke, happy path, regression, and release-readiness.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch and perform manual testing in Salesforce and .NET environments.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in QA engineering with experience in manual and automated testing, plus Salesforce and API testing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Git, and building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong communication skills and background in healthcare RCM is a plus.
