OPC Perinatal SUD Director

Department Overview:

• This position leads statewide perinatal substance use disorder activities within the Oregon Perinatal Collaborative.
• It involves coordination, outreach, promotion of best practices, and quality improvement with hospitals and clinics.
• This is a limited duration position funded by the SUD Rural Health Transformation Program grant.

Function/Duties of Position:

• Serve as content expert and advisor on perinatal SUD care.
• Collaborate with leaders across the state and provide quality improvement leadership.
• Develop data strategy, partner with sites, and monitor program evaluation and budget.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD required, with at least 5 years of experience in integrated perinatal SUD care.
• Quality improvement knowledge and perinatal SUD treatment knowledge.
• MD or CNM preferred.
