Job Description
At Practice Better, we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who’s excited to support our customers as we grow. As a problem-solver, you will understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure resolution. The role involves guiding and training customers on the Practice Better platform so they can confidently use its features. You will build deep product knowledge and share it with customers in clear, practical ways as well as contribute to support resources like help articles and guides.
The customer support specialist will collect customer feedback, identify trends, and share insights with the development team. Logging requests and keeping teams updated on customer needs is also a must. You will meet personal and team goals such as CSAT and response times while keeping customer satisfaction a top priority. Practice Better believes you can be highly productive and still have plenty of time for life outside of work.
