Responsibilities:
- Lead the registration and configuration of end users and partners on DrFirst products
- Discuss and recommend registration workflow changes and solutions with client contacts
- Maintain and drive client communication including timely follow-up to questions
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ambulatory and inpatient healthcare work environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000
