Job Description

Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions, collaborating with clients to gather necessary documentation and information to initiate offboarding procedures. Ensure all offboarding activities adhere to local labor laws and EOR-specific regulations and prepare, review, and process termination documentation such as final pay calculations, release agreements, and exit letters. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and communicate with employees professionally, ensuring they understand the offboarding steps and have access to necessary resources. Identify opportunities to improve the offboarding process and enhance the overall experience for clients and employees.
