- Strong UCaaS technologies understanding, including VoIP and SIP.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent experience in Alianza Metaswitch.
- Understanding of WAF technology and OrecX call recording.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
