Job Description
As a Sr. Associate on our Business Operations team, you'll manage the referral pipeline, triage new tokens, and track status through launch. You will build and refine SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for every stage: application review, due diligence kick-off, integration scheduling, and post-launch monitoring. You will also serve as the operational point-person for token teams, Market Makers, Legal, Engineering, and Marketing.
Facilitating weekly syncs, documenting action items, and driving SLAs for sales cycles, integration lead times, and liquidity health will also be a part of your responsibilities.
