Role Impact:
- Drive adoption, onboarding, and retention for regulatory agency customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes with TRM's platform.
- Develop and launch scalable self-serve resources like playbooks and guides to reduce time to value across the regulator segment.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer, surfacing product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
Qualifications Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience working directly with or within government regulatory agencies like the SEC, FINRA, or FinCEN.
- Practical experience with or strong interest in blockchain analysis, virtual currencies, and investigative/compliance tools.
- Demonstrated ability to structure problems, prioritize issues, and communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- US Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Team Environment:
- This role is part of a small, high-impact, fully remote Public Sector Deployment Strategist team covering multiple government segments.
- The team operates in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with most collaboration scheduled between 7am–5pm PT.
