Job Description
As a Clinical Excellence Trainer:
-Travel to all practice locations, including newly acquired sites, to deliver impactful training.
-Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and lead interactive workshops.
-Conduct hands-on observations of clinic workflows to provide actionable feedback.
-Collaborate with clinical staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support.
-Work closely with Learning & Development, Integrations, Innovation, and Clinical Systems teams to drive continuous improvement. Engage in skill assessments and coaching sessions.
-Serve as an exemplary role model, demonstrating Best Practices and proper documentation standards.
-Compile and report findings from coaching and site visits to leadership.
