Leap Tools is seeking a Strategic Outbound Strategy Manager to lead targeted outbound programs. The role involves strategic planning and execution to implement outbound marketing and sales strategies, tailored to industries, verticals, and tiered account segments. They will lead end-to-end planning and execution of outbound email campaigns and ABM initiatives, ensuring personalized, multi-touch engagement across diverse markets. Cross-functional collaboration with sales teams to align on messaging, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies is crucial. The manager will monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, collaborating with RevOps to ensure data integrity and closed-loop reporting. They will use performance insights to identify growth opportunities and refine outbound strategies.
