Korean Language Lead

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle review scope as primary backup, ensuring quality under a 97% fail rate through daily LQE follow-up and corrective actions.
• Support linguists by gathering feedback, clarifying corrections, and escalating queries to maintain efficient production and arbitration processes.

Skills and Expertise:

• Minimum 5 years in translation and reviewing across Legal, Marketing, Support, and Product domains, with native fluency in Korean.
• Proficiency in translation tools like Phrase and Lucid, plus ability in machine translation post-editing and effective communication in English.

Work Environment:

• Remote role requiring PST business hours alignment, with steady work volume and multicultural team collaboration on varied content types.
