Director, Land Development

Position Overview:

• This role supports the pre-development phase of data center and energy projects, leading site diligence, entitlements, and permitting.
• The Director works within the Project Development team and represents the company before jurisdictions, agencies, utilities, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site evaluation, master planning, and approval processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage pre-development budgets, consultant teams, and schedules that carry sites from control to construction.
• Coordinate with internal power teams and support leasing and capital markets with accurate delivery information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate development, or related discipline; Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
• Minimum four years in large-scale land development, civil engineering, or data center/energy development.
• Strong command of diligence, entitlements, budgeting, and public-facing communication.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected salary range of $180,000 to $195,000 base plus discretionary bonus.
