Job Description

The Role:

  • Be the process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility
  • Driving HR, Workplace/Facility and/or Legal-specific process definition
  • Lead customers to improve processes

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer design workshops
  • Guide and advocate for the customer’s needs
  • Support internal unit testing

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace/Facility & Legal operations
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA certification
  • Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
