Job Description
The Role:
- Be the process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility
- Driving HR, Workplace/Facility and/or Legal-specific process definition
- Lead customers to improve processes
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer design workshops
- Guide and advocate for the customer’s needs
- Support internal unit testing
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace/Facility & Legal operations
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA certification
- Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
