Experience:

- Track record of shipping products that integrate with existing systems and workflows.
- Experience working in or leading cross-functional pods (engineering, design, data).
Skills:
- Strong ability to translate complex business processes into clear product requirements.
- Comfort with AI concepts and how to apply them to user-facing products.
- Data fluency—you can define metrics, interpret dashboards, and make decisions from data.
