What you’ll do:
- Oversee 6-8 individual contributors, as well as agencies, spanning product design, brand/marketing design, and research.
- Empower the design team through mentorship, critique, and building an adaptable culture needed to build with and for AI-first products.
- Embrace a multifaceted role where you'll take ownership of both strategy and execution.
Your Experience:
- 7+ years of Product and UX Design experience.
- 5+ years of team leadership and management in design.
- E-commerce or fintech experience is highly valued.
