Job Description
As a Research Manager, you will lead and manage research initiatives within our organization. Your role will involve overseeing research projects, guiding research teams, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. You will play a key role in shaping research strategies, ensuring the quality of research outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization's objectives.
Major Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts by fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment and providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Lead and oversee multiple research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals, stakeholder needs, and industry best practices. Define research objectives, methodologies, and timelines while allocating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including clients, partners, and subject matter experts—to align research priorities and outcomes with business needs. Communicate key insights and recommendations to clients and consult clients on how to use data to make data-driven decisions.
