Sr. Engineering Manager, Ads AI

As an AI Engineering Senior Manager at LinkedIn Ads you will be responsible for leading a team of Software Engineers that build and own algorithms, models, and systems that power our LinkedIn ad tech platform. We are looking to experiment with GenAI to build new ad-creative variations which can yield better ROI for our advertisers. Develop a strategy for a new technical foundation based on using AI/LLMs to innovate in ad formats. Design a technical solution that enables the organization to A/B test new ad formats and placements quickly and iterate. Evangelize the use of LLMs and AI in software development in the broader organization. Collaborate with Media, Video and Events teams on generating new clips and ad variations to test as ads. Attract world class talent and provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
