- Own the global medical education and training strategy for TMTI, ensuring alignment with clinical and business objectives.
- Design and deliver foundational product and therapy education programs for commercial and field teams.
- Lead global launch training and coordinate with regional teams to localize education while maintaining standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years in medical education or clinical training within MedTech or healthcare.
- Strong clinical background in cardiovascular therapies and ability to build KOL relationships.
