Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. The role is essential for driving significant revenue growth and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting the unique needs of its clients. You will establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos, focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth, and navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders and close deals with C-level executives, with a primary focus on HR and Payroll managers. The Account Executive will collaborate and lead the successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Managing sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce is also required.
