Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a national plan.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, communication, performance, training.
- Ensure team expertise in insurance coverage, reimbursement, PA processes.
Education, Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
- 10+ years of field reimbursement and/or nurse case management experience.
- 5+ years leading and coaching teams.
