RCM Auth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily prior authorization operations across all locations.
• Track and mitigate revenue at risk due to missing authorizations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

• Streamline processes and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and industry standards.
• Build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.

Required Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle or Patient Access.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing authorization or front-end RCM teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage hybrid teams.
