ROLE MISSION:
- You will own the end-to-end deployment of our voice AI platform for health plan customers, translating signed contracts into go-live programs.
- You will sit at the intersection of project management, technical configuration, and health plan operations, ensuring each program launches correctly configured and on schedule.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:
- By day 90, you will have successfully deployed your first health plan use case from contract to go-live, with complete documentation.
- At 12 months, you will have deployed multiple use cases, built reusable playbooks, and become the trusted expert for implementation guidance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of implementation experience working specifically with health plans or managed care organizations.
- Deep fluency in health plan operations including population health, care management, and Stars/HEDIS.
