Role Summary:
- Support the consistent, accurate, and employee-centered delivery of core People Team processes.
- Champion data integrity and systems' accuracy, support benefits and leave processes, and maintain compliance.
- Leverage high standards and data to continuously optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong knowledge of multistate employment law and respond to employee inquiries.
- Own administrative processing of employee changes and verifications of employment.
- Process benefits transactions in HRIS and support open enrollment.
