Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient refund and credit workflows, reviewing and processing refunds.
- Serve as subject matter expert for patient credit Salesforce cases.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies with insurance.
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years medical billing or claims experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
