Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Lead analysis, solution design, and configuration of Oracle EBS 12.2 modules.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage ERP projects through full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
You will also:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend best practices and standardize processes across departments.
- Plan and execute testing activities including unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression tests.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects.
In addition:
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration tracking, and test scripts.
