Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (IT BA) to join our IT Business Analyst Team within Contact Centre Infrastructure. The role will focus on delivering end-to-end IVR solutions across global markets. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience of payments.
Responsibilities: Work closely with business to understand business ideas/requirements. Document IT solutions into functional and technical specifications including call flows, functional specifications, database configuration. Identify and work with all IT teams including architects, designers, developers and testers to deliver the IT solution. Ensure all IT teams understand their low-level requirements. Support all teams during design, build, testing, planning and implementation activities.
