Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Strategy to join our Sales team. Weβre seeking a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology companies, capable of navigating complex B2B environments and driving high-impact sales initiatives across global markets.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies and go-to-market plans Create repeatable plays (strategic and tactical) that help positioning CI&T core capabilities at a global level. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape compelling and competitive commercial proposals Align business opportunities across multiple units and geographies, ensuring consistency and value creation Educate sales teams on available global offerings portfolio. Support the identification of market trends and strategic growth opportunities Facilitate strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales strategy function
