Sales Qualification Associate

SelectQuote is seeking individuals for the Sales Qualification Associate (SQA) role within the SelectQuote Qualifications Team. SQAs handle SelectQuote's insurance product inquiries, working with consumers to understand their needs and connecting them with licensed agents. The environment is fun, comfortable, and fast-paced, rewarding employees for their achievements, and this role is a great stepping stone to a sales career. Answering approximately 200 inbound calls a day from sales prospects and third-party partners is expected, as well as executing the transfer of potential customers to licensed insurance agents. You will educate consumers on SelectQuote's value proposition of "We shop, you save" and sell them on the importance of talking to the sales agents. Intense focus on script adherence, client screening, and handling and overcoming objections and stalls is important. Also, meeting and exceeding specified monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators is a large part of the job.
