Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT governance and risk management, including executive reporting and risk register maintenance.
- Develop KPI and KRI dashboards to provide visibility into emerging risk trends and control performance.
- Oversee ITSM governance, ServiceNow optimization, and vendor risk management.
Requirements:
- Approximately 7+ years of experience in IT risk, security compliance, or technology audit.
- Working knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and SOC 2.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM reporting, including incident, change, and problem-management lifecycles.
