Responsibilities:
- Identify, lead, and facilitate Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives.
- Scope projects, develop project plans, and assist with implementing solutions.
- Serve as lead for development of training content to support operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- 3 years of progressively responsible project management or process improvement experience required.
- Proven understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology required; Epic experience preferred.
