Purpose:
- Lead initiatives to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
- Ensure alignment with strategic cost-reduction and efficiency goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project plans, charters, timelines, and KPIs.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers; develop mitigation plans.
- Support process standardization and automation across functions.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in project management or process improvement.
- PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
