Director of Revenue Operations

Role Overview:

• Lead revenue cycle operations for a mission-driven reproductive health company.
• Partner with clinical, finance, and operations teams to maximize net patient service revenue.
• Own workflows, clearinghouse tools, and EHR configurations to support the billing office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle including charge capture, claims, denials, and AR collections.
• Monitor key metrics like clean claim rate, AR days, denial rate, and write-off rate.
• Lead denial prevention, appeals, and billing compliance for new payer plans.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or billing operations with 2+ years in management.
• Medicaid billing experience strongly preferred; multi-state experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with billing systems, EHRs, and data-driven process improvements.
